Membership

Membership is open to anyone who:

• Supports the Aims of the Secular Party of Australia
• Agrees to abide by the Constitution of the Party
• Is eligible to enrol for Australian Federal elections
• Is not a member of another Australian political party

There is currently no joining fee or annual membership fee. However donations are gratefully accepted.

Important note for applicants in NSW

The NSW branch of the Secular Party is striving to become a registered political party in NSW. To achieve this goal, we need applicants (and existing members) to fill out an additional membership form. Please print and fill out the NSW Electoral Commission form, entering the party name as "The Secular Party of Australia". If this link is not current, the form can also be accessed from the NSW Electoral Commission page, via menu items Candidates and Parties | Handbooks and Forms, then following the links for Political Party Registration and Declaration of Party Membership.
